These Terms govern your use of SWSkinnShop.com and SWSkinn.com (together, the "Sites") and any purchase you make from us. The Sites are operated by AURASA], [registered address: 1/1073 A2, WARD 1, NEW DELHI, INDIA] ("SWSkinn", "we", "us"). By using the Sites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Sites under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products and information

• We take care to describe our products, ingredients and images accurately. Packaging may occasionally vary slightly from the images shown.
• Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on the skin. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific result or timeline.
• Always read the label, follow the directions, and patch test before first use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a skin condition or are under medical treatment, consult your doctor before use.

3. Skin analysis and advice

The SWSkinn Skin Analysis and our WhatsApp advisor provide general skincare guidance and skin-wellbeing indicators to help you choose products. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a dermatologist or doctor. Never stop or change a prescribed treatment without speaking to your doctor. If your skin is painful, worsening quickly or you're concerned, seek medical care.

4. Prices, orders and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in limited cases, such as a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or products becoming unavailable. If we do, you'll receive a full refund of anything paid.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Offers and discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They have no cash value.

7. Your account and conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for information you provide being accurate. You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, or reselling our products commercially without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review or share content with us, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with SWSkinn. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or inappropriate. We never publish your skin analysis photo.

9. Intellectual property

The SWSkinn name, logos, product names, packaging, text, images and software on the Sites belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
