1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery usually takes [2–5] business days for metro cities and [4–8] business days for other locations after dispatch.

These are estimates. Occasionally, weather, courier or regional disruptions can cause delays; if this happens we'll keep you informed.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Currently we are offering Free shipping on all orders, till the policy changes.
4. Payment and Cash on Delivery
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partner. Cash on Delivery is not available.
5. Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you the courier name and a tracking link by email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number at any time.

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. The courier may call before delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again. If the parcel is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, we'll contact you to reship it or refund your order, less the original shipping charge (if any).

Please check your parcel on arrival. If the outer package is visibly damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier if possible and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
